PA NORML 30 Hour Marijuana Smoke Out
Dr Julian Heicklen. aka. the Pot Professor held his 4th Annual smoke out in State College PA. Doc is a PA NORML board member and former High Times activist of the month. Every Thursday at HIGH noon Doc lights up our precious herb at the front entrance at PSU. He has been arrested 15 times, 6 were for smoking pot. Based on his arrest record, he is the most dangerous man in America.
